Teaching German has been a central part of my personal and professional life for more than a decade. Having taught in several countries and students with different kind of backgrounds, I am very versatile in picking exercises and making the last five minutes pass by in no time.
As a former examiner in Austria for the levels A1-B1, I know exactly what you need to reach a particular level until C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and how to prepare in order to succeed the test. I have experience with the certificates of telc, Goethe, TestDaF and ÖSD.
Based in Lebanon for the last years, I am performing as a translator and a German teacher for students and adult learners in private and academic settings. Henceforth, I am teaching German to students, who are accepted to German universities and intend to pursue their academic education in Germany. The focus of my courses lies on the communication and writing practice as well as coaching for presentations in a particular field.
Originally, my educational background started with International Business in Austria, but ended in the linguistic area of Translation, Teaching and Language Project Management. Now I am grateful to be able to work from home and act on a global scale combining my three everyday languages in use in my professional life. Next to German, Croatian and English, I learn new foreign languages and their writings. At the moment, I am improving my language skills in Arabic and French.
I am lucky to be able to work from home and act on a global scale as a German teacher.
